Congratulations to our five Don’t Mess with Texas Trash4Ca$h winners. The following school organizations proved they Don’t Mess with Texas by doing their part to reduce roadside litter. We gave them each $1,000 as a reward, thanks to the help of our Trash4Ca$h sponsor, Raytheon.
