Congratulations Jenifer Ostler, from McKinney, TX! Your design has been selected to be the Don’t Mess with Texas 25th anniversary special-edition litterbag.

Thanks to everyone who participated in our 25th anniversary Design A Litterbag Contest. After a judging process combined the public vote with scores from our panel of expert judges, Jenifer Ostler’s design emerged as the winner among ten strong contestants. Nearly 300,000 votes were made for all the designs, and the winning design alone received over 125,000 votes.

Jenifer’s winning design will be featured on 200,000 special-edition Don’t Mess with Texas litterbags available in the fall to Texans throughout the state. Check back in the fall to order one for free from our GET STUFF page!
